Ellen Brenner graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor's degree in English and Visual Arts. She has completed the coursework for a Master's degree in Animation from UCLA.

|
Her first Maya film "Sucker" received UCLA's Director's Spotlight Award, was featured in SIGGRAPH's Computer Animation Festival, the Nicktoons Film Festival, the Bumbershoot 1 Reel Film Festival, and was awarded First Place Animated Film by the Lake Arrowhead Film Festival.

She most recently worked as a Technical Director for Warner Bros. Animation's "Curious George," creating 3D environments for integration with 2D animation. She has also worked as an Animation Timer for Warner Bros. Animation's "What's New, Scooby Doo?".

Ellen is currently working on her thesis film, a 3D Maya short titled "Holy Crap!".
